Pricing

Each division's registration fee is shown above. The fee includes a uniform (jersey and hat) and insurance. Multi-child discount: $15 off each additional sibling.

How to Register

Fill Out the Registration Form

Provide player information, parent/guardian contact details, and select a division.

Complete Payment

After submitting the form, you will be directed to our secure payment page to complete your registration.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with details about the upcoming season, including team assignments and practice schedules.

What You'll Need

  • ✓Player's full name and date of birth
  • ✓Parent/guardian contact information (name, email, phone)
  • ✓Emergency contact name and phone number
  • ✓Any medical notes or allergies we should know about
  • ✓Jersey size preference (Youth S/M/L/XL or Adult S/M/L)
