New Registration Walkthrough

Please read the following before continuing to register your son/daughter for TJ Youth Baseball.

In our online registration system, only the participating member(s) of the family have an account. All participating family member accounts (young and old), are linked together so that they can register, share calendars, and pay for registration at the same time.

*Important* - You will need to create a new Account (Userid & Password) for an adult parent or guardian to register for baseball this year as TJ Youth Baseball is using a new Sports Management System. After creating the first account, you should add any other parent/guardians and then add all of your players.

You must create a parent account for each person planning on Volunteering with TJ Youth baseball (Parent, Manager, Assistant Coach, Commissioner, Youth Umpire, etc). Each registrant will continue to use the same account profile every season hereafter. The account profile holds participation history and the linked family members so it is important to not create multiple accounts. If you should lose your username or password, please do not create another account. Simply request your username and password from the “Forgot username/password” link provided on the login page

Detailed Steps:

1. First, using the button link at the bottom of this page to go to the new system.
    Then create a new account for at least one parent or guardian:
    Then Click NEXT


    And Click NEXT again


2. Then click on Add Family Members

3. Add any remaining parent/guardians.
4. Add any children that wish to play baseball.

5. Click on View Family Members and confirm that all of the information is correct.
6. Now you can proceed to complete your children’s baseball registration.

This page will display your charges and registrations. A copy will also be emailed to the primary and secondary email addresses listed in your account.

This will complete your registration. Use the username and password to access your account anytime by going to the organizations login screen and loggin into your account as a returning user.

Important Notes:

#1 - Players age 12 and up that wish to be Youth Umpires must have an account in the system so they can receive game updates and schedules.

#2 - If you are interested in sponsoring a team (yourself or your employer), make sure to check the sponsor box on the registration form.

#3- Pony Reminder: from TJHS Coach Krivanek - anyone the makes the freshman team will not be allowed to participate in TJYBB until their season is over.
TJYBB can refund a registration for players that signs up and then decide not to play Pony.
